TEKsystems is seeking an Epicor Kinetic Techno-Functional Analyst for a contract-to-hire role based in Oak Brook, IL. The candidate will support, optimize, and expand Epicor Kinetic across a manufacturing subsidiary and future companies, acting as the internal Epicor subject matter expert within IT.

The role partners with business stakeholders, plant leadership, IT teams, and external ERP consultants to ensure system stability, scalability, and alignment with business growth, focusing on process

• Support Epicor Kinetic configuration, testing, and user training.

The Epicor Kinetic (Public Cloud) Techno-Functional Analyst is a key member of the IT organization responsible for supporting, optimizing, and expanding Epicor Kinetic across a manufacturing subsidiary and future operating companies.This role combines functional ERP expertise with technical configuration capabilities and serves as the primary internal Epicor subject matter expert within IT. The position will initially support a $100M manufacturing subsidiary undergoing Epicor Kinetic adoption and will evolve to support additional subsidiaries as part of a broader ERP standardization strategy.The candidate will partner closely with business stakeholders, plant leadership, IT teams, outside ERP consultants, and Epicor support resources to help ensure Epicor Kinetic remains stable, scalable, and aligned with business growth. This role will play a critical part in internal system ownership, user support, testing, training, process improvement, and post-go-live continuous improvement.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $70.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
