Therm-x of California is seeking a cost-focused professional to lead standard costing and cost accounting within Epicor Kinetic. The role ensures accurate product costing, inventory valuation, and variance analysis across our multi-site manufacturing operations.

You will act as the financial subject matter expert for cost modules in Epicor Kinetic, partnering with Operations, Production Planning, Supply Chain, and the Parent Company to drive cost efficiency and financial accuracy.

Competenze

• Detail-oriented and analytical Cost Accountant with hands-on experience in standard costing within Epicor Kinetic ERP.
• Experience implementing standard costing, BOMs/routing validation, and cost roll-ups in a multi-site manufacturing environment.
• Strong working knowledge of standard costing methodology, variance analysis, and overhead absorption.

Mansioni

• Develop, maintain, and update standard costs for raw materials, labor, and overhead in Epicor Kinetic.
• Perform annual/periodic standard cost roll-ups reflecting pricing and rate changes.
• Analyze purchase price and material usage variances and present findings to leadership.
• Monitor WIP balances and reconcile job costing in Epicor Kinetic.
• Support month-end/ year-end close with cost of goods sold and inventory adjustments.
• Train operations and finance staff on cost-related processes in Epicor Kinetic.
