We’re looking for an experienced technical Resource with a strong background in Epicor ERP, particularly the Kinetic UI. In this role, you’ll design and implement custom solutions for multiple clients, supporting both new development and live environments across various Epicor versions. You’ll work directly with customers, as well as through internal support and professional services teams.

About the Role

Designing and building solutions within Epicor ERP, including screen development using Application Studio. Creating and modifying BPMs and Functions to automate business processes. Developing integrations with third-party applications using Epicor's REST services. Building and maintaining dashboards (standard and updatable), reports using SSRS, and Bartender label generation. Supporting additional Epicor-related applications such as DocStar and ECC. Troubleshooting performance issues and managing SQL Server databases. Collaborating with clients to gather requirements, deliver training, and occasionally provide on-site support. Managing multiple client requests and adapting priorities as needed for customer success. Working with Epicor's embedded configurator as needed.

Qualifications & Required Skills

5+ years working with Epicor’s Kinetic UI.
3+ years working with Application Studio.
Hands-on experience with Epicor REST services, business objects, and custom automation.
Strong background in SQL and T-SQL, including performance optimization.
5+ years of Epicor BPM experience required
Experience with Automation Studio (Workato), DMT, and Epicor upgrades (especially from E9) is a plus.

Additional Requirements

Comfortable working directly with customers, even under tight deadlines.
Willing to participate in sales support and marketing initiatives (e.g., webinars, presentations).
Open to occasional travel to support clients on-site when necessary.
Committed to ongoing training and certification in Epicor’s technical tools.
Ability to stay organized, flexible, and productive in a fast-paced environment.
