What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Supervise and provide technical guidance to Applications Analysts in developing system specifications
2. Plan, organize, and control activities within the IT section
3. Collaborate with client management to identify complex business requirements and guide the application design and implementation process
4. Coordinate activities with other IT sections, including database and technical support
5. Act as an expert technical resource during all phases of development and implementation

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and work experience; advanced degree preferred
2. Minimum of five years of solid, diverse work experience in IT
3. Epic Willow certification and experience required
