  • 2+ years of Epic build experience.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Epic EMR and its implementation lifecycle.

  • Provide expertise in Epic product function, design, build, and testing for the Willow module.
  • Collaborate with end users to design and enhance the Epic system.
  • Lead Epic software upgrade initiatives, including design, build, and testing phases.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation and support application incidents.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of healthcare experience
  • 2+ years of Epic build experience
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • In-depth knowledge of Epic EMR and its implementation lifecycle
Preferred Qualifications
  • Active/current Epic certification in Beacon
  • Experience in pharmacy oncology build and infusion center workflows
  • Proficiency with Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • History of team management and strong cross-team communication skills
