Jefferson Health seeks an experienced IT leader to identify and implement optimal technical solutions for complex business challenges across systems in a health information environment. You will develop work plans for system upgrades, oversee configuration and maintenance, and analyze workflows to drive process improvements.

You will author specifications, design advanced test scenarios, and contribute to technology standards while ensuring timely delivery and risk mitigation.

Competenze

• EPIC Certification plus one additional Epic Certification.
• 4 years Direct Epic build, implementation and support experience.
• 7 years Progressive experience in Information Services or healthcare.
• Experience with large-scale implementations/upgrades.
• Comprehensive test plans development and execution.
• Integrated Systems Architecture planning, development and implementation.

• Authors detailed specifications and documentation, ensuring clarity and compliance with standards.
• Designs and executes advanced test scenarios, validating system integrity and performance.
• Contributes to defining technology standards and best practices.
• Provides input on resource estimation for projects and initiatives.
• Ensures timely completion of deliverables, proactively addressing risks and variances.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• 4 years Direct Epic build, implementation and support experience and
• 7 years Progressive experience in Information Services or combination of Information Services and direct Health Care experience. and
• Medium to Large-scale implementation/upgrades and
• Comprehensive test plans development
• Large Hospital/IDN Information Technology Experience and/or Healthcare Operations Experience
• EPIC Application Certification plus one additional Primary or Secondary EPIC Certification
• Large Project Management
• Implementation/Upgrade Facilitation
• Integrated Systems Architecture Planning, Development and Implementation
• Technical Collaboration (e.g. Interfaces, Hardware and Reporting)
• Team Leadership
• Coaching and Mentoring
• Triaging On-call/DR/BC
• Strong oral and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Physical Demands

Lift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, *patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
