Number of Positions in Requisition 1 Job Details Lead enterprise integration initiatives by designing and implementing complex solutions for large-scale projects, ensuring compliance with architecture standards and strategic objectives. Provide technical leadership and mentorship, review designs for scalability and security, and drive best practices across integration efforts. Conduct advanced workflow analysis to identify inefficiencies, develop interoperability strategies, and oversee implementation plans that enhance operational efficiency and scalability. Direct integrated testing strategies, including comprehensive test plans, automation, and defect management, to validate system functionality and readiness. Establish and govern best practices for integration design, documentation, and lifecycle management, ensuring accessibility, version control, and alignment with evolving technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex operational issues, facilitate root cause analysis, and implement systemic improvements that optimize productivity and reduce risk. Act as a liaison between technical and business stakeholders, influencing decisions on tools, frameworks, and methodologies to support organizational goals.

Job Duties
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex integration components and services for medium to large-scale projects, ensuring adherence to enterprise architecture standards and strategic objectives. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, review designs for scalability and security, and drive best practices across integration efforts. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to validate requirements, resolve technical challenges, and deliver high-quality solutions within aggressive timelines. Act as a subject matter expert for integration technologies, influencing decisions on tools, frameworks, and methodologies
  • Lead comprehensive workflow analysis across multiple applications and business units to identify systemic inefficiencies and integration gaps. Drive optimization initiatives by developing advanced recommendations for interoperability, including implementing standardized protocols, harmonizing data exchange processes, and aligning workflows with enterprise architecture principles. Partner with senior stakeholders to validate proposed solutions, manage change impacts, and oversee implementation plans that enhance operational efficiency, reduce errors, and support scalability.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members on best practices for workflow optimization and interoperability
  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated testing strategies for complex, multi-system environments to validate end-to-end functionality and performance. Develop and oversee comprehensive test plans, including objectives, scope, test cases, automation scripts, and success criteria aligned with enterprise standards. Coordinate defect management processes, ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis. Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams to mitigate risks, optimize testing coverage, and confirm readiness for production deployment. Provide guidance on best practices for test automation, performance testing, and continuous integration
  • Lead the development and continuous refinement of best practices for integration design, implementation, and lifecycle management to ensure consistency, scalability, and compliance with enterprise architecture standards. Oversee documentation efforts, including troubleshooting guides, reusable templates, and process workflows, ensuring they reflect lessons learned and industry best practices. Collaborate with development, operations, and governance teams to enforce standards, improve maintainability, and streamline future integration initiatives.
  • Ensure documentation is version-controlled, accessible, and aligned with evolving technologies and organizational objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration efforts to resolve complex operational issues and drive process optimization across multiple business units, including IT, finance, and operations. Facilitate advanced root cause analysis, oversee corrective action plans, and implement systemic improvements to prevent recurrence.
  • Act as a key liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and compliance requirements. Provide guidance on operational best practices, influence decision-making for process redesign, and champion initiatives that enhance productivity, reduce risk, and improve service delivery.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED 7 years Direct applications build, implementation and support experience and 7 years Progressive experience in Information Services, or a combination of Information Services and direct healthcare experience. Large-scale implementation/upgrades Large Hospital/IDN Information Technology Experience and/or Healthcare Operations Experience EPIC Application Certification plus one additional Secondary EPIC Certification Large Project Management Implementation/Upgrade Facilitation Integrated Applications Planning, Development and Implementation Technical Collaboration (e.g. Interfaces, Hardware and Reporting) Team Leadership Coaching and Mentoring Triaging On-call/DR/BC EPIC Certification - Epic Systems Upon Hire
