What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage Tapestry configuration changes and builds, ensuring adherence to industry and client standards
- Translate user requirements into functional and technical design specifications for client review
- Serve as a mentor and subject matter expert to local and client-based team members
- Lead small to medium complexity Epic software upgrade initiatives, including design, build, and testing
- Provide support during go-lives and system upgrades, including 24/7 on-call coverage as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active Epic Tapestry certification in at least one area (e.g., Tapestry Contracts Admin, Tapestry Claims Admin)
- 3+ years of healthcare experience
- 2+ years of Epic experience
- 2+ years of direct client healthcare domain knowledge (e.g., billing, customer service)
- 2+ years of subject matter expertise in relevant applications

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Completed Epic CEE (Continued Epic Education) to maintain certifications and proficiencies
- Active Epic Tapestry certification in at least two areas
- 2+ years of team management experience with strong cross-team communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
