Position Overview:

Ensures exceptional customer satisfaction by providing tier 2 troubleshooting assistance. Ensures timely resolution of problems, informs customers of unresolved issues, and engages other analysts directly to resolve challenging issues.

Job Description

Education:

Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.

Certification & Licensure:

Epic Hospital Billing Admin certification required.

Typical Experience:

3 years of recent relevant experience.

Skills and Knowledge:

Proven expertise in architecture, design, development, and ongoing support of the Epic application.
