Responsible for managing and optimizing Identity Access Management (IAM) security configurations and policies for Epic Systems and other enterprise applications. Provides advanced troubleshooting and analysis of security incidents to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with organizational standards. Coordinates with IT teams, business stakeholders, and end users to design and maintain secure access solutions. Recommends process and system improvements to strengthen IAM practices and application security. Mentors junior analysts to support knowledge transfer and enhance team effectiveness.
Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree
Experience Requirement: 5+ years of experience in computer science, information systems, or a relevant area. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. All experience must be paid and in the same related field. Part-time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week. Volunteer work and internships for academic credit are not counted.
Certifications & Licensures: Epic Security Certification within twelve months of hire date.
This position requires regular sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods of time; performing tasks with intermittent repetitive motion (such as typing); and occasionally standing or walking with objects weighing up to 10 pounds, as well as lifting, pushing, and/or pulling objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
