Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Services, Business Management or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Epic accreditation or certification must be kept up to date within 90 days of hire.
• 4 years of industry-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support Epic security, user, and provider records to ensure appropriate access and regulatory compliance.
• Manage role-based security provisioning, onboarding, data imports, record maintenance, and access governance across Epic environments.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, application, and project teams to support testing, go-live readiness, and ongoing operations.
• Troubleshoot access issues with Identity and Access Management, Service Desk, and stakeholders; drive automation and data integrity improvements.
