Qualifications

• Direct experience leading analysts or application teams.
• Experience with performance management, mentoring, and succession planning.
• 2–3 full Epic implementations as a consultant.
• Multiple Epic certifications (current or expired) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Revenue Cycle and Patient Access initiatives with operations.
• Support Epic implementation, optimization, upgrade and enhancements.
• Collaborate with leaders to improve scheduling, registration and workflows.
• Governance activities, issue tracking, and risk management across initiatives.
• Prepare reports for leadership to aid decision making.
