Job summary

ClinDCast LLC is seeking an Epic Resolute PB Claims Analyst for a 12-month contract. The role focuses on supporting claims processing, billing workflows, system configuration, testing, and production support in a fully remote setup.

You will configure and optimize Epic Resolute PB workflows, troubleshoot errors, handle claim edits and submissions, and collaborate with billing and revenue cycle teams to improve processing efficiency.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Epic Resolute PB.
Strong knowledge of professional billing and claims workflows.
Experience troubleshooting claim rejections, denials, and billing errors.
Experience with Epic configuration, testing, and production support.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Active Epic Resolute PB certification preferred/required depending on client needs.

Responsibilities

Configure and support Epic Resolute PB claims processing workflows.
Troubleshoot claim errors, rejections, denials, and billing issues.
Work on claim edits, submission, and resolution.
Support professional billing, charge review, and reimbursement workflows.
Analyze claims-related issues and coordinate with billing and revenue cycle teams.
Perform system testing, defect resolution, and workflow optimization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve claims processing efficiency.
