Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an Epic Resolute Analyst to support Hospital Billing, Professional Billing, and Claims workflows in a healthcare setting. You will bridge Revenue Cycle Operations and IT to optimize systems, resolve issues, and drive process improvements impacting financial performance.

You will work on Epic HB, PB, and Claims modules, troubleshoot denials, and partner with leadership on enhancements. The role offers a contract-to-hire path with hybrid/onsite options in Chesapeake, VA.

Qualifications

• Epic Resolute HB Certification required or willing to obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Strong experience with Epic Revenue Cycle, Claims, and Billing workflows.
• Experience with Clarity, Cogito, Caboodle, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support and optimization for Epic HB, PB, and Claims modules.
• Troubleshoot complex billing, claims, and reimbursement issues.
• Partner with Revenue Cycle leadership and IT teams on enhancements and initiatives.
• Support charge capture, claim edits, denials management, and reimbursement workflows.
• Analyze workflows and implement Epic best practices.
• Create reporting insights using Clarity, Cogito, Caboodle.
• Lead stakeholder meetings, workflow reviews, and end-user training.
