Prominence Advisors seeks an experienced Epic Radiant Team Lead to provide hands-on leadership in an established Radiant environment. You will guide analysts, manage competing priorities, and partner with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to deliver effective Epic Radiant solutions.

You will lead in planning, design, build, testing, implementation, and ongoing optimization while maintaining quality and momentum across the team. Remote work is supported with limited travel.

• Mentor analysts and maintain accountability and momentum across the team.

• Identify risks and drive issues toward resolution.
• Ensure high-quality delivery aligned with standards and priorities.
• Communicate progress, priorities, and challenges to stakeholders.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for an experienced Epic Radiant professional who can step into an established environment, provide stability and direction to the team, and help keep priorities moving forward.

The ideal candidate brings deep Epic Radiant expertise along with experience leading analysts, managing competing priorities, and partnering effectively with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

• Provide day-to-day leadership and direction for an Epic Radiant team
• Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex Radiant issues
• Help prioritize and coordinate team workload, projects, enhancements, and ongoing support
• Partner with clinical, operational, technical, and IT leaders to understand needs and translate them into effective Epic solutions
• Provide guidance and mentorship to analysts while helping maintain accountability and momentum across the team
• Support planning, design, build, testing, implementation, optimization, and maintenance activities within Epic Radiant
• Identify risks, dependencies, and barriers and proactively drive issues toward resolution
• Help ensure work is delivered with a high level of quality and aligns with organizational standards and priorities
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and provide visibility into progress, priorities, and challenges

What We’re Looking For

• Current Epic Radiant certification
• Strong hands-on experience supporting, implementing, and/or optimizing Epic Radiant
• Previous experience serving as a team lead, application lead, or senior-level Radiant analyst with responsibility for guiding the work of others
• Strong understanding of radiology workflows and the operational processes supported by Epic Radiant
• Ability to quickly assess an existing environment, build relationships, and provide leadership with minimal ramp-up
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a complex healthcare environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently drive work forward
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Collaborative, flexible approach and willingness to remain hands-on when needed
• Consulting experience is a plus

Additional Details

• Location: Remote
• Travel: Limited; anticipated approximately 1-2 trips per year, potentially up to one week at a time
• Start: As soon as possible
