What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead all phases of small to medium-sized application projects, including Epic software upgrades and enhancements
- Provide Epic product function expertise for assigned module(s), including Radiant
- Collaborate with end users to design and build Epic enhancements and resolve incidents
- Develop and maintain workflow documentation, test scripts, and configuration guides
- Perform daily monitoring of applications in production use, including 24/7 on-call coverage as required
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active/current Epic certification in at least one area: Radiant
- 3+ years of Epic experience or a minimum of 5+ years direct clinical experience
- Proven knowledge of Radiology workflows and direct client healthcare domain experience
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% to 25%
- Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with device integration
- Proficiency with Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Demonstrated ability in team management and cross-team communication
- History of leadership skills within informal or formal settings
