Job summary

Nordic seeks a Senior Consultant to deliver Epic-related consulting and training to clients, including project leadership and documentation. You will mentor client project teams, analyze workflows, manage risks, and collaborate with project leadership across engagements.

Candidates must hold at least one Epic certification and have a minimum of two years' experience as an Epic Principal Trainer or Instructional Designer after certification; PMP is preferred for leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Epic certification required
• 2+ years as Epic Principal Trainer or Instructional Designer after certification
• Some project management experience preferred
• PMP strongly preferred for leadership roles
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Provide Epic-related consulting and admin services for clients
• Mentor client project teams in project and system build strategy
• Analyze and document workflows and risks
• Lead meetings and coordinate on-going work-product
• Collaborate with project leadership and Epic end users
• Travel to client locations as needed
