What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead and manage multiple competing projects, defining and delegating build deliverables for revenue cycle analysts
• Perform complex build and configuration in Epic PB and PB Claims, as well as external financial clearinghouses
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for project scoping, technical design, and process improvement
• Consult with member billing offices to identify workflows, review claims, and suggest build solutions
• Provide training and support to clinic staff during Go-Lives and Dress Rehearsals as needed

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Proven experience in managing complex projects and configurations in Epic applications
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with various stakeholders, including executives
• Strong analytical skills to translate and design customized Epic financial build logic
• Experience leading and mentoring other analysts in project work
• Ability to travel for on-site software installations as needed

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with Epic Resolute PB and related products
• Background in healthcare billing or revenue cycle management
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to billing and claims processes
• Previous experience in a remote work environment
