Job summary

Ledgent Technology is seeking a Business Applications Analyst to support and optimize a client’s Epic revenue cycle environment, focusing on Professional Billing (PB) Claims and Contracts.

The role collaborates with operations and IT to improve workflows, resolve issues, and ensure accurate claims processing. It is a 100% remote position with preference for PST/MST/Central time zones and is a direct hire opportunity.

Looking foir a Business Applications Analyst to support and optimize client's Epic revenue cycle environment, with a focus on Professional Billing (PB) Claims and Contracts.

• This position partners with operational and IT stakeholders to enhance workflows, resolve issues, and ensure accurate claims processing and reimbursement configuration within Epic.
• Supports the core functions of business applications to enable cost-effective, high quality, efficient, and safe patient care.
• Implements, administers, and supports assigned business systems under the guidance of senior members of the team. Has a thorough understanding of assigned applications, ancillary systems, and health system operations.
• Addresses issues and design decisions of moderate to high complexity and delivers clear communication and documentation of complex concepts and issues related to applications, interfaces, data structures, and workflows across the organization.
• Coordinates application support with other information technology teams including System Administrators, DBA, Networking, Reporting, and the Help Desk.
• Implements changes using documented procedures that are compliant with department's policies and procedures. Provides solutions to work orders, trouble tickets and projects for assigned departments.
