Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process electronic remittances and post transactions in Epic.
• Balance postings to bank deposits.
• Investigate unidentified payments and route to correct accounts.
• Reconcile postings with ledgers and ensure timely reporting.
• Use systems including Epic, One Content imaging, and Excel.
• Respond to refunds and post payments from third parties.
• Communicate with payors and departments to resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare daily and monthly posting reconciliations.
