Job summary

Crested Butte Mountain Resort in Colorado is hiring certified ski and snowboard instructors for winter seasonal roles. Instructors will deliver high-quality lessons to groups and individuals, maintaining a safe, fun environment and exceptional guest service. Full and part-time positions available.

Qualifications

• PSIA/AASI Level 1 or ISIA equivalent certification required.
• Fluent English communication.
• Willing to work with guests of all ages, including young children.

Responsibilities

• Teach group and private lessons to guests.
• Deliver world‑class ski/snowboard instruction.
• Provide safe, fun learning environments.
• Support ski school operations and guest service.
• Assist with equipment fitting and lesson logistics.
• Maintain high guest service standards.
