Epic Implementation Manager - Clinical Applications

This role is a full-time, permanent position for an experienced Epic Implementation Manager specializing in Clinical Applications. The position is 100% remote and offers a salary range of $95,000 to $150,000 per year, along with excellent benefits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of Epic Clinical Applications, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with clinicians, IT staff, and administrators to understand and meet their needs.
• Develop and manage project plans, track progress, and adjust as necessary.
• Lead training sessions for staff on new applications.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
• Monitor post-implementation to optimize system performance and user experience.
• Stay updated on healthcare technology developments and Epic application upgrades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of project management experience in healthcare technology implementation.
• Proven experience with Epic Clinical Applications, including implementation and training.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
