Epic Implementation Manager - Clinical Applications

This role is a full-time, permanent position that is 100% remote, with a salary range of $95,000 to $150,000 per year.

We are seeking an experienced Epic Implementation Manager to oversee the deployment of Epic Clinical Applications within our healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will manage project timelines, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure successful adoption of the system to improve patient outcomes and organizational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of Epic Clinical Applications, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with clinicians, IT staff, and administrators to meet their needs.
• Develop and track project plans, making adjustments as necessary.
• Lead training sessions for staff on new applications.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor system performance post-implementation and optimize accordingly.
• Stay updated on healthcare technology developments and recommend upgrades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
