Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Epic Program Manager, the Epic Implementation Manager oversees all Clinical applications and manages all aspects of future Epic implementations at Prime hospitals. The Implementation Manager will build relationships with hospital leadership to ensure corporate and local initiatives are incorporated into future implementations. After each go-live, the Implementation Manager will oversee a comprehensive handoff to the Production Support team, ensuring a successful transition of support for the hospital. The Implementation Manager will supervise the performance of all analysts on their team, which is comprised of the applications in their domain (Clinical).

Qualifications
  • Six (6) or more years of applicable work experience required.
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience working with electronic medical records required.
  • Experience leading an Epic implementation required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum four (4) years of experience with an integrated healthcare information system preferred.
  • Minimum four (4) years of experience in project management preferred.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry and hospital operations preferred.
  • Experience leading large teams.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $88,171.20 to $158,662.40 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation will be determined at the time of hiring, considering factors such as skillset, experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
