Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience as an Epic Systems Analyst with Radiant and/or Cupid.
- Strong understanding of imaging and cardiology clinical workflows.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and support.
- Collaborative communication with clinical and technical teams.
- Ability to troubleshoot, resolve issues, and support system performance.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze requirements with stakeholders.
- Configure Epic workflows and build system solutions for imaging/cardiology.
- Perform testing, coordinate defect resolution, and support go-live readiness.
- Assist with Epic upgrades and continuous system optimization.
- Provide on-call support and troubleshoot production issues.
- Contribute to training and maintain documentation.
