A leading children's health institution in Colorado is seeking an IT Application Support Specialist. This role involves providing technical support, diagnosing and resolving issues, and collaborating with operational teams on Epic functionality. Candidates must have at least two years of relevant experience and a high school diploma or GED, with preference for candidates already Epic HIM certified. This position may allow for remote work and offers a competitive benefits package.
This position is responsible for standard level work supporting information technology application(s) through planning, designing, implementing, maintaining and providing ongoing optimization and support. Duties include providing front line support to end users through analyzing and diagnosing problems and determining a solution.
This position will be supporting our HIM operational team members, with Epic functionality, build, and third-party vendors, as needed.
Job Status: 40 hours per week, eligible for benefits
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm. Work hours may vary based on the needs of the department. This role participates in an on-call rotation.
This position has potential to be fully remote if applicant is located within CHCO hiring region.
Salary Information
Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.
Annual Salary Range (Based on 40 hours worked per week): $88,253.00 to $132,379.50
