What to Expect


  • Manage HIM configuration changes, ensuring build quality and adherence to timelines

  • Translate user requirements into functional and technical design specifications

  • Mentor and serve as a subject matter expert to team members

  • Lead Epic software upgrade initiatives, overseeing design, build, and testing phases

  • Function as a liaison between Operations, IT, and Third-Party Systems



What is Required


  • Active Epic certification in at least two areas such as Epic HIM Hospital Coding or Epic Identity Tracking

  • 3+ years of Epic healthcare experience

  • 2+ years of direct client experience in the healthcare domain

  • 2+ years of Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in relevant applications

  • 2+ years of knowledge of revenue cycle metrics and process improvement techniques



How to Stand Out


  • Completed Epic CEE (Continued Epic Education) to maintain certifications

  • 4+ years of knowledge in policies and procedures related to operational functions

  • 2+ years of demonstrated ability in team management and leadership skills

  • Proficiency with MS Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
