Job summary

Tech Firefly is seeking a certified Epic Healthy Planet specialist with hands-on experience to build registries and support HEDIS measures for our value-based care initiatives. You will work with a collaborative team to migrate contracts off Arcadia and manage ongoing maintenance, optimizations, and regulatory reporting.

The role emphasizes independent delivery, strong communication, and active participation in intake processes to prioritize requests and ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Epic Healthy Planet certification; no uncertified candidates.
• At least one year of hands-on Healthy Planet build in a live environment.
• Working knowledge of the registry framework and the MPM metric framework.
• Experience with Epic's HEDIS measure build and the care gap work queues.
• Mid-level — certified, aware of the full toolkit, runs assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
• Strongly collaborative with formal intake process.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Healthy Planet registries and MPM metrics for the network and partners.
• Configure and support Epic's HEDIS measure build and care gap work queues.
• Support the contract migration off Arcadia as prioritized by the team.
• Take assigned work from leads and manager, deliver with minimal supervision, consult on design questions.
• Own maintenance on existing builds and optimize campaigns and regulatory quality reporting.
