Job summary

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet development and implementation objectives and act as a project lead on key initiatives.

The role requires strong workflow design, configuration, testing, and end-user support skills, with an emphasis on independent work and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Minimum five years of directly related Epic HB Claims experience.
• Epic HB Claims certification must be maintained per Epic standards.

Responsibilities

• Document current workflows and propose optimized future workflows for Epic HB Claims.
• Design configuration options and demonstrate prototypes for review.
• Perform ongoing maintenance and configuration updates to Epic HB Claims.
• Create test scripts and coordinate testing across applications.
• Provide tier-two end-user support remotely and on-site, and coordinate with vendors.
• Coordinate deployment of changes with training and operations teams.
