Job summary

Saint Luke's in the United States is seeking an IT Analyst to provide support on applications and participate in projects. The role includes end-user training, working with SMEs on build design, and preparing documentation to guide system operation and maintenance.

The analyst will primarily support Revenue Integrity and Charge Management end users. Certifications in Resolute Hospital Billing are required, with a preference for HB Charge Router. This is a full-time day position.

Qualifications

• 2 years applicable experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support on applications and participate in projects.
• Respond to issues and conduct end user training.
• Collaborate with SMEs to support build design and documentation.
• Prepare flow charts models and procedures to assist in problem analysis.
• Write system and programming specifications for system implementation to meet user needs.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for operation, maintenance and development of the system.
• Modify features supplied by off the shelf system.
• Work with vendors on technical requests.
• Develop test plans and tests to ensure accuracy, integrity, interoperability and completeness.

Prepares flow charts models and procedures to assist in problem analysis and submits recommendations for solution. Writes system and programming specifications for system implementation to meet user needs. Prepares and maintains technical documentation to guide system users and assist with the ongoing operation maintenance and development of the system. Modifies features supplied by off the shelf system. Works with vendors as needed on technical requests. Collaborates with users to coordinate and develop test plans tests application software to assure accuracy integrity interoperability and completeness to achieve desired results. Understands and abides by change control documentation.

This analyst will primarily support Revenue Integrity and Charge Management end users. A primary certification in Resolute Hospital Billing is required with a preference for an additional certification in HB Charge Router.
