What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, analyze, develop, test, implement, and provide tier two technical assistance for assigned Epic system applications
- Consult with Epic representatives, application coordinators, supervisors, and end users to configure and build Epic software to meet organizational needs
- Troubleshoot issues, offer solutions, and recommend actions to address end-user needs and achieve specifications
- Develop and modify procedures to solve complex data processing problems and prepare detailed specifications for program writing
- Participate in on-call support rotation to address critical end-user needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree or equivalent required for the Epic Analyst level; Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field required for Senior Analyst level
- At least 2 years of direct Epic application build experience for Analyst level; at least 5 years of collective experience as an Epic Associate Analyst and/or Analyst for Senior Analyst level
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to obtain Epic Proficiency, Accreditation, or Certification within 6 months of hire for Analyst level; at least two Epic Certifications required for Senior Analyst level
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience as an HB Analyst is highly desired
- Proven ability to analyze processes and solve problems in a professional setting
- Strong organizational and prioritizing skills
- Comfortable presenting in front of a group
- Ability to work independently and manage conflicts within a team
