Qualifications

• Four years of combined education/experience as described in minimum qualifications.
• Experience designing and delivering role- and skill-based training for diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and multiple training environments.

Responsibilities

• Identify development needs from requests and assessments to tailor interventions.
• Design and deliver training for varied audiences, including executives and large groups.
• Develop and maintain training materials, eLearning content, and videos for Epic EMR and related systems.
• Schedule, manage, and measure pre- and post-training activities and analytics.
