Must have:

• ECSM I Certification
• 3+ years experience with EHR delivery systems and EHR deployment projects, doing EHR systems administration & Windows Systems administration

Job Description:

• Serve as the Epic workstation manager and printer infrastructure administrator for 10000+ workstations and 3000+ printers.
• Provide administration and support for Epic LWS, EPR, and E0A records
• Responsible for Microsoft Windows Server support and administration including, but not limited to Windows patching and security remediation
• Provide support for all Epic frontend systems such as MyChart, CareEverywhere, EpicCare Link, Interconnect, Planlink, EpicWeb, Epic Hyperspace Web, SystemPulse, Kuiper, etc.
• Participate in processing incident and service request tickets
