Job summary

Accenture Flex is seeking a subject matter expert and technical lead for Epic Willow Ambulatory workflows in outpatient, retail, and specialty pharmacy. You will oversee support, configuration, and optimization of the Willow module while coordinating with Accenture teams, Epic, and offshore groups.

Active Epic Willow Ambulatory certification is required. A minimum of three years in Epic Application Management for ambulatory pharmacy operations is expected, with a high school diploma or GED.

The Analyst will have healthcare IT experience and is responsible for support, configuration, and optimization of the Epic Willow Ambulatory module, collaborating with Accenture team members, Epic, offshore teams, and client stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

• A minimum of three years of Epic Application Management and Support Experience in Ambulatory Pharmacy Operations and Epic Willow Configuration

• Active Epic Willow Ambulatory certification required (must remain current)

• High school diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior offshore coordination experience

• Healthcare IT consulting or large health system background preferred

• Additional Epic certifications (Inpatient, Home Infusion, Bugsy)
