  • Act as Level 2 technical support for ancillary integrated products.

  • Document build specifications and complex clinic workflows.

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)


  • Perform routine build and configuration in Epic ClinDoc, Stork, and LTC and related products

  • Act as Level 2 technical support for ancillary integrated products, including issue resolution and vendor coordination

  • Collaborate with the Member Care Team to support overall goals and provide workflow solutions

  • Lead trainings and workgroups for members while mentoring less experienced analysts

  • Document build specifications, team processes, and complex clinic workflows


What is Required (Qualifications)


  • Proven experience with Epic electronic health record (EHR) software

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in application support or healthcare technology

  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills and ability to work collaboratively

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Willingness to travel for off-site software installations as needed
