What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Perform routine build and configuration in Epic ClinDoc, Stork, and LTC and related products
- Act as Level 2 technical support for ancillary integrated products, including issue resolution and vendor coordination
- Collaborate with the Member Care Team to support overall goals and provide workflow solutions
- Lead trainings and workgroups for members while mentoring less experienced analysts
- Document build specifications, team processes, and complex clinic workflows
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Proven experience with Epic electronic health record (EHR) software
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in application support or healthcare technology
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to travel for off-site software installations as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in a healthcare setting, particularly with acute care organizations
- Familiarity with clinical workflows and billing processes
- Previous mentoring or training experience with junior analysts
- Knowledge of integration issues and solutions within EHR systems
- Certification in Epic applications
