What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Configure and support clinical applications within the Epic electronic health record (EHR) software
- Act as Level 2 technical support for ancillary integrated products, resolving issues and coordinating with Help Desk
- Lead working sessions with member organizations to address complex integration work orders
- Provide hands-on training and workflow solutions to ensure understanding of the system
- Document build specifications and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address integration issues
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Proven experience with Epic ASAP application configuration and support
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex integration issues
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and clients
- Ability to mentor and train less experienced analysts
- Willingness to travel as needed for off-site software installations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Previous experience in a healthcare-related technical support role
- Familiarity with JIRA for issue tracking and resolution
- Experience leading training sessions or workgroups
- Knowledge of workflow best practices in a clinical setting
- Understanding of medical billing information and provider workflows
