Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking an Applications Analyst III to join our IT HIM team focusing on coding. You will gather business requirements, conduct needs assessments, and translate them into functional specifications to ensure technology solutions support business objectives.

This role operates with little supervision and serves as a resource for junior analysts. Epic and/or other relevant certifications are preferred to align with department needs and to support our commitment to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (4) years of experience.
• Minimum of 3 (7 if no degree) years of IT experience, preferably in healthcare or related field OR 2 (4 if no degree) years of IT experience and 2 (4 if no degree) years of clinical experience.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook.
• Proficient documentation as a deliverable.
• Collaborates with team members across the department.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
