Job summary
Deloitte seeks an experienced EPIC Care Companion Senior Consultant to design and configure Epic Care Companion care plans, task lists, educational materials, and reminders for patient populations. The role emphasizes collaboration with business partners and minimal travel within Deloitte's Project Delivery Talent Model.
You will work with the AI & Engineering team, leveraging Epic expertise to design care workflows, build and implement Care Companion configurations, and ensure successful
Qualifications
- Active Certification in Epic MyChart or Ambulatory, preferably with Care Companion Badge.
- 5+ years of experience with Epic Care Companion build, implementation and support.
- 5+ years of collaboration skills with business partners throughout design and implementation activities.
- 5+ years of hands-on Epic build experience, specifically configuring Care Companion.
- 5+ years of experience in application workflows, troubleshooting, testing and support.
- 5+ years analytical problem-solving, communication and project management skills.
- Demonstrative understanding of technical documentation and change control processes.
- Ability to travel ~10% as required.
