Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an experienced EPIC Care Companion Senior Consultant to join our Project Delivery Model. This onsite, client-facing role emphasizes collaboration, design, and implementation without extensive travel requirements.

You will design and configure Epic Care Companion care plans, tasks, and reminders, working closely with business partners to deliver effective patient journeys. A bachelor’s degree in IT and Epic certifications are required, with travel around 10% expected.

Qualifications

Active certification in Epic MyChart or Ambulatory, preferably with Care Companion badge.
5+ years of experience with Epic Care Companion build, implementation and support.
5+ years of collaboration with business partners throughout design and implementation.
5+ years of hands-on Epic build experience configuring Care Companion.
5+ years of experience in workflows, troubleshooting, testing and support.
5+ years of analytical problem-solving, communication and project management.
Understanding of technical documentation and change control processes.
Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field or equivalent experience.
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Ability to travel ~10% based on client needs.
