Job summary

ELLKAY is seeking a Technical Project Manager with Epic certification to lead complex healthcare integration projects using Bridge. You will manage end‑to‑end interfaces between Epic and third‑party systems, coordinating with analysts, vendors, and clients to ensure on‑time delivery and adherence to SLAs.

The role requires strong HL7/EHR interoperability knowledge and experience managing multi‑project delivery in a healthcare setting. Hybrid work and a competitive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Epic Certification in at least one module (Bridges, HL7, Chronicles).
• 2+ years of project management experience, including tracking and planning.
• 2+ years of hospital environment experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HL7, Epic Bridges, and EHR/PM interoperability.
• Proven experience leading technical or interface teams in client‑facing roles.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Participate in or oversee on‑call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage end‑to‑end Epic integration projects involving the Bridge engine.
• Coordinate with Epic‑certified analysts, technical teams, client stakeholders, and vendors.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects.
• Lead kickoff, status, and escalation calls with internal and client teams.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; keep stakeholders informed.
