Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions in Roseville, CA seeks an experienced Medical Billing Specialist to monitor, prioritize, and resolve billing work queues in Epic Resolute Hospital Billing.

You will review claim edits, charges, follow-up items, and denials, collaborating with billing, coding, and IT teams to improve reimbursement accuracy and reduce delays.

This contract runs November 9, 2026 through February 7, 2027, with a day-shift, on-site schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of medical billing, claims processing, or revenue cycle experience.
• At least 1 year of hands-on Epic Resolute billing queue experience (HB, PB, or both).
• Knowledge of UB-04, CMS-1500, CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10 and revenue codes.
• Experience with commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and managed-care billing.
