Qualifications

• 1+ year hands-on Epic Resolute experience working billing queues (HB, PB, or both).
• Working knowledge of UB-04, CMS‑1500, CPT, HCPCS, ICD‑10, and revenue codes.

What You Bring

2+ years of medical billing, claims processing, or revenue cycle experience.

1+ year of hands‑on Epic Resolute experience working billing queues (HB, PB, or both).

Working knowledge of UB-04, CMS‑1500, CPT, HCPCS, ICD‑10, and revenue codes.

Experience with commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care billing.

High school diploma/GED required.

Experience with clearinghouses or payer portals such as SSI, Availity, Waystar, or Experian is a plus.

Epic Resolute certification/training or revenue cycle certification is a plus.
