Position Overview
The Epic Resolute Professional Billing and Hospital Billing Trainer (Learning Analyst I) delivers personalized and generalized learning programs, including workflow design, training, documentation, and workshops to OCHIN members. The Learning Analyst may specialize in specific subjects, training programs, or organizational functions, and monitors the effectiveness of workflows and training through performance results and feedback. Training programs may cover clinical or operational workflows, Practice Management, Primary Care/Specialty, Acute Care, Behavioral Health, Dental, Revenue Cycle, Professional Billing, Hospital Billing, and Reporting. The Learning Analyst develops and maintains related documentation, videos, and workflows.
