EPIC BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE DEVELOPER

*Area of Expertise in Value Based Care.

LOCATION / RESIDENCE: REMOTE HYBRID

* Applicants MUST reside in or relocate to within 1 hour of southwest gulf coast, Florida.

RELOCATION PAID: Yes

*If you are relocating from outside the state of Florida and receiving company paid relocation, you must relocate to Southwest Gulf Coast Florida.

REQUIRED

• Epic Certified in at least 2 of the following: Cogito, Clarity, Clinical Data Model.
• Healthy Planet experience (highly preferred).
• Epic Registry Reporting (VBC and Chronic Disease).
• MIPS, MSSP, HEDIS, ACO, HCC Reporting (preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Healthcare specific to Value Based Care.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in healthcare IT, analytics, software development or data management utilizing project management and analytic process methodologies (e.g., Agile & Scrum).
• 5+ years of experience with Business Intelligence Tools (QlikSense, QlikView, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.).
• 7+ years of experience developing and managing reports and dashboards for analytic projects.
• Experience creating data models to support reports and dashboards.
• Strong understanding of relational databases with experience using SQL query techniques in Clarity and Caboodle.
• Knowledge of data warehouses/data stores and data marts.
• Experience developing a test plan and executing test scenarios related to building and deploying dashboards.
• Demonstrated experience in project management or working with external vendors.
• Experience training, mentoring, and leading other developers/analysts.
• Experience designing and implementing standards in development practices.
