Job summary

Bluebird Staffing has a contract position in Alaska for an Epic Beaker Analyst (Strong CP). The role focuses on CP maintenance and support, with travel expectations of two weeks onsite followed by six weeks remote.

You will hold Beaker CP certification and build/validate complex tickets in Beaker AP & CP, participate in upgrades and integrations, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize system configuration and resolve complex issues.

Qualifications

• Beaker CP certification.
• Proficiency in building and validating complex tickets in Beaker AP & CP modules.
• Experience with upgrades, new test builds, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct validation testing in Beaker CP and AP (90%+ CP).
• Assist with small project integrations and upgrades.
• Collaborates with key stakeholders, end users and other members of the business teams to optimize system configuration, function and access.
• Evaluates problem tickets and service requests, customer requests for system changes, data retrieval requests, system performance problems and optimization opportunities, and participate in the timely resolution of these activities.
• Troubleshoots and resolves highly complex application errors and other system issues.
