The Epic Analyst/Builder I is responsible for providing basic maintenance, support, and development to assigned applications. This includes resolving or facilitating resolution of basic reported issues, testing and maintaining application and integrated test scripts, developing and maintaining knowledge base documentation, communicating new release features and application changes to operational leadership, and working with instructional designers to develop and maintain training materials.
Sitting up to 7 hours/day, standing up to 7 hours/day, walking up to 2 hours/day. Requires crouching, kneeling, lifting objects up to 60 pounds, pushing objects up to 80 pounds. Dexterity needed for repairs and computer use. Visual and auditory requirements as described.
Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience preferred.
0-2 years of general computer experience required; healthcare experience and Epic application experience preferred. MS Office experience required. Hospital knowledge based on hiring team requirements.
