Job summary

Chartis invites an experienced Epic Beacon Build Consultant to join a 6–7 month contract in the US. You will design, build, and optimize Beacon oncology workflows, collaborating with oncology clinicians, pharmacists, and operations to deliver scalable Epic solutions.

You will lead testing, validation, and documentation efforts, ensuring compliance with clinical best practices and safety standards while supporting data conversion, upgrades, and go-live activities.

Qualifications

• Epic Beacon certification or accreditation is required.
• Hands-on Beacon build experience in complex oncology settings is essential.
• Strong understanding of chemotherapy, infusion, and oncology workflows is expected.
• Experience with Epic Beacon implementation, optimization, upgrades, or deployment projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain Epic Beacon oncology workflows and treatment plans.
• Build and optimize chemotherapy, infusion, and oncology medication workflows.
• Configure treatment plan components and clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with oncologists, pharmacists, nurses, and operations to gather and validate requirements.
• Ensure Beacon builds align with standards, safety, and Epic recommendations.
• Perform build, testing, and user acceptance testing, plus troubleshoot issues.
