Job summary

ClinDCast, LLC is seeking an Epic Beacon Analyst to design, build, implement, and optimize the Beacon oncology module. The role partners with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to ensure workflows are compliant and aligned with patient care goals.

You will configure Beacon functionality, support testing and go-lives, maintain documentation and training materials, and assist with upgrades and interfaces to other Epic modules to enable seamless cancer care delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience with Epic Beacon in a clinical or IT analyst role.
• Beacon certification or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe.
• Strong understanding of oncology workflows and chemotherapy documentation.
• Experience with system testing, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure, implement, and support Epic Beacon functionality for oncology.
• Collaborate with clinicians and operations to translate workflows into Beacon builds.
• Analyze requirements and develop functional specifications.
• Perform testing, validation, and support go-lives.
• Maintain and optimize Beacon workflows based on feedback and changes.
• Support interfaces with other Epic modules (Willow, Cadence, Clarity, Caboodle).
• Develop and maintain documentation and training materials.
• Provide end-user support and issue resolution.
• Participate in change control and version updates.
• Ensure compliance with oncology safety standards and regulatory requirements.
