Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Mentor lower level Application Analysts and share knowledge.
• Lead end user support activities and coordinate project meetings.
• Provide go-live support for new applications and modules.
• Coordinate and communicate changes with IT staff and vendors.
• Analyze business/clinical needs and translate requirements into system specs.
• Develop and execute test plans for system upgrades and modifications.
• Document outcomes and ensure consistency across testing.
