Job summary

Duly Health and Care is seeking an Epic-focused IT professional to manage daily operations and Epic module enhancements in a patient-centered environment. You will own multiple Epic modules, plan tests, and guide release activities while mentoring junior analysts.

Ideal candidates have Beacon certification, healthcare workflow experience, strong SQL/HL7 knowledge, and proven communication skills to coordinate with I&T and management for large-scale projects.

Qualifications

• Epic Beacon Certification required.
• Experience with documentation, workflow design and product configuration in a healthcare organization.
• Lead in all project phases including design, build and validation, implementation and optimization.
• Knowledge of SQL, HL7, X12 or other healthcare languages/standards.
• Strong communication and ability to prioritize under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Daily operational support and system updates (40%).
• I&T ownership of 3+ Epic Modules or related Application Systems.
• Lead planning, test scripts updates, release notes review, testing and build changes.
• Mentor Epic analysis and provide on-call support.
• Coordinate and resolve complex system errors and enhancements.
